Plastic Business Cards
Create custom plastic business cards for VIP access, membership programs, loyalty cards, promotions, events, and other applications where a standard paper card may not be suitable. Made from 30mil plastic, these cards have a solid, credit card-like feel and are designed to hold up well with regular handling.
Plastic cards are a practical choice for gyms, clubs, retailers, membership organizations, event organizers, and businesses that want a card customers can keep and reuse.
We offer the following plastic card options:

1 Side 20pt Clear Plastic - Fully clear/transparent business cards designed for bold, high-contrast artwork and modern layouts.

1 or 2 Side 20pt White Plastic - Opaque white plastic business cards that supports clear readability and full-colour printing on one or both sides.

1 Side 20pt Frosted Plastic - Semi-transparent frosted business cards with a matte finish that softens light and reduces glare.

2 Side 30mil Plastic - Thicker plastic stock intended for long-term use and frequent handling, similar in feel to a standard credit card.

30mil Plastic Stock + Foil - Heavy plastic stock combined with foil stamping for premium applications.
Choosing the Right Plastic Card Thickness
The main difference between our plastic card options is thickness. 20pt plastic cards are a good choice for lighter everyday use, while 30mil plastic cards have a thicker, more substantial credit card-like feel and are better suited for cards that will be handled and reused regularly.
Finishing Options
Some finishing available are Bar Codes, Signature Panel, Numbering, Embossed Numbers, Flat Numbers, Magnetic Strip and silver or gold foil to help you achieve the distinctive and uniquely creative feel for your cards to help them stand out. White plastic cards can be printed in full color on both sides while frosted and clear plastic are printed on one side only.

Can you help me with my design?
Absolutely! We take whatever you have; pictures, a logo, an old design, or nothing at all, and combine it with the text you want! We can also supply pictures based on your requests. After we have completed your design you will be sent a proof by email for your approval or necessary revisions.You may also design your business cards for FREE using our interactive online designer with over 25,000 FREE templates!

Do I Receive an E-mail Copy of My Order?
Yes. You will receive a copy of your order by e-mail to review it's accuracy: This copy contains your order number. If you do not receive a copy within a few hours, please notify us. We also manually check your order for accuracy and completeness.

Does the turnaround include the shipping time?
No. Turnaround is only for printing time. Shipping is an extra one day to most places in Ontario and Quebec. Shipping outside of Ontario and Quebec varies between 2-5 business days. We ship all orders with UPS standard. UPS Express is available for extra charge, please inquire.

We are Resellers. Do you Offer Discounts?
Yes, You MUST provide proof of business existence in your jurisdiction, and your order must be paid by you directly. Drop/blind shipping is available upon request. Each account is handled on an individual bases. for more information on our resellers program please contact resellers@zoomprinting.ca

Are There Any Setup Fees?
No. The prices on our web site are complete, and there are no hidden charges based on print-ready artwork supplied.

May I split my order?
No, You can not split an order. If you order 1000 business cards you can not print 2 x 500 using 2 designs of separate names. Each quantity is per 1 design only.

Do you accept credit card payments?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal and Email Money Transfers (through all major Canadian banks). Your payment will be processed though an online secure checkout page.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is FREE. Please use promo code "shipping" at the shopping cart (You need to create an account first in order for the promo code to apply). Free shipping does not apply to NT, Yukon and Nunavut.

How soon can I expect my order?
Please note the individual turnaround times for various products. Most orders are shipped standard with next day delivery however longer delivery times may apply based on the destination. For delivery time frame in your area please contact our shipping department at shipping@zoomprinting.ca . Maximum time frame for delivery is 2-4 business days to rural areas.

Does it take a lot of time to design a business card and place an order for print?
No, it takes only a few minutes to design and place a printing order. Moreover, it is possible to design and place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have 25,000 business cards templates in 70 different categories for free.

Do you store any information about me?
Yes, some. We keep your name, email address, and a list of your previous orders, to make it easier for you to reorder in the future. We don't store your credit card details
