Page Count Requirements

We offer booklet printing services to save your time from complicated paging. To print a booklet, you just need to prepare an original PDF file that’s number of pages being a multiple of 4. This is because the booklets are created by printing on large sheets which will be folded to 4 pages. For example, 8 pages of 8.5" x 11" booklet are made of printing the materials on 2 sheets whose size is 11" x 17", followed by folding, collating, and stapling. To print, we will need one PDF file with 8 separate pages. The first page is the front cover, 2nd page is the inside from cover and so on to the last page will be the back cover.

Quality

The contents are printed on 100lb gloss text paper. The paper used is approximately twice the thickness of the typical 20lb bond office paper. They are finished by applying an AQ (i.e. aqueous) semi-gloss varnish after printing. It provides a high-quality magazine-like finish, keeping every printed word or photo in a good color that prevents smudges. The booklet will finally be stapled and saddle-stitched at the fold for a very professional look of the final product.
