Tear-Off Business Cards
Tear-off business cards combine your contact information with a perforated section customers can remove. The main card gives them your business details to keep; the smaller section can carry something to redeem, remember or share. They’re also called tear-away cards or rip cards.
A tear-off card can be used as:
- A coupon or promotional offer: Put the offer on the detachable section so customers can bring it back or pass it along.
- An appointment reminder: Include the appointment date or booking details on the part the customer can keep.
- A referral or loyalty offer: Use the stub for a referral message, return-visit offer or loyalty incentive.
- An event ticket or claim check: Make the detachable part an admission stub or claim ticket.
Restaurants, salons, clinics, service businesses, schools, real estate agents and event organizers can use tear-off cards for these purposes. For example, a business card can include a coupon at the bottom, while an event handout can keep the organizer’s contact details on the main section and use the stub as an entry ticket.
Sizes, Stock and Printing Options
Choose the size, stock, finish and quantity in the order form. The listed sizes are 4.25 × 11 inches, 3.5 × 11 inches and 3.5 × 8.5 inches. Quantities range from 25 to 10,000 cards.
Tear-off business cards are available in 3.5 × 8.5 in. Choose one- or two-sided printing and select 14 pt AQ Semi Gloss, Enviro Uncoated or UV High Gloss. If you choose two-sided printing, label the front and back sides of your PDF artwork.
Cards can be printed full colour on one side or both sides. They’re perforated, trimmed and boxed. The production listing gives a 4–5 business day turnaround and an 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time artwork cutoff. Production time is separate from shipping time. Preparing Your Artwork
Plan the main card and detachable section together. Keep your business name and contact details on the portion customers will retain, and place the coupon, reminder, ticket or referral information on the detachable part. The artwork-template section includes a 3.5 × 8.5 perforated business-card template; use the matching template for that size.

Do I Receive an E-mail Copy of My Order?
Yes. You will receive a copy of your order by e-mail to review it's accuracy: This copy contains your order number. If you do not receive a copy within a few hours, please notify us. We also manually check your order for accuracy and completeness.

Does the turnaround include the shipping time?
No. Turnaround is only for printing time. Shipping is an extra one day to most places in Ontario and Quebec. Shipping outside of Ontario and Quebec varies between 2-5 business days. We ship all orders with UPS standard. UPS Express is available for extra charge, please inquire.

Are There Any Setup Fees?
No. The prices on our web site are complete, and there are no hidden charges based on print-ready artwork supplied.

May I split my order?
No, You can not split an order. If you order 1000 business cards you can not print 2 x 500 using 2 designs of separate names. Each quantity is per 1 design only.

Do you accept credit card payments?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal and Email Money Transfers (through all major Canadian banks). Your payment will be processed though an online secure checkout page.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is FREE. Please use promo code "shipping" at the shopping cart (You need to create an account first in order for the promo code to apply). Free shipping does not apply to NT, Yukon and Nunavut.

How soon can I expect my order?
Please note the individual turnaround times for various products. Most orders are shipped standard with next day delivery however longer delivery times may apply based on the destination. For delivery time frame in your area please contact our shipping department at shipping@zoomprinting.ca . Maximum time frame for delivery is 2-4 business days to rural areas.

Does it take a lot of time to design a business card and place an order for print?
No, it takes only a few minutes to design and place a printing order. Moreover, it is possible to design and place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have 25,000 business cards templates in 70 different categories for free.

Yes, some. We keep your name, email address, and a list of your previous orders, to make it easier for you to reorder in the future. We don't store your credit card details
