- Can you help me with my design?

A. Absolutely! We take whatever you have; pictures, a logo, an old design, or nothing at all, and combine it with the text you want! We can also supply pictures based on your requests. After we have completed your design you will be sent a proof by email for your approval or necessary revisions. NOTE: Graphics Design services can be added to your cart by choosing the Design Services option.

- Do I Receive an E-mail Copy of My Order?

Yes. You will receive a copy of your order by e-mail to review it's accuracy: this copy contains your order number. If you do not receive a copy within a few hours, please notify us. We also manually check your order for accuracy and completeness.

- How can I submit my files or information for design?

Such information should be emailed to printing@ptinexperts.ca along with your transaction receipt witch will be emailed to you after your purchase.

- We are Resellers. Do you Offer Discounts?

Yes, when certain criteria is met. You need to have a valid PST Exemption Certificate (Ontario) or other proof of business existence in your jurisdiction, and your order must be paid by you directly. We do provide wholesale/reseller prices for business cards and postcards (all sizes) for quantities between 1,000 and up.

- Are There Any Setup Fees?

No. The prices on our web site are complete, and there are no hidden charges based on print-ready artwork supplied.

- You can not split an order - if you order 1000 business cards you can not print 2 x 500 using 2 designs of separate names. Each quantity is per 1 design only.

- Do you accept credit card payments?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). For your security we are currently using PayPal as our payment processor. PayPal is the number 1 online payment processing company in the world and therefore the most secure payment processing bank for online transaction. You do not have to have an account with PayPal to make a payment.

- How much is shipping?

Shipping charges vary for every order based on the total weight and size of the shipment. We try to keep our shipping prices low as we do not intend to make a profit on shipping.

- How soon can I expect my order?

Most orders are complete within 2 business days and are shipped the following business day. You should receive your order within about 4-5 business days after your purchase. Please note that the above time frame applies after we receive the final go ahead from the client or received a print ready design file.
